Sigyn

Sigyn translates to something along the lines of victorious girlfriend or female friend of victory, possibly meaning that she is a goddess of victory, and she comes from the Aesir. She is Loki’s First and only wife; we’ll talk about angraboda
later. After Loki is bound and her children Narfi and Nari are killed, and their intestines are used to bind him she stays by Loki’s side holding a bowl over his eyes to stop poison from dripping into them. Because of her always standing by
Loki no matter the circumstance, she is also seen as a goddess of loyalty. Sigyn has a kenning Galdrs Hapts which translates to Incantation-fetter. This implies that she may have been able to bind and or otherwise thwart magic. This would make sense considering it is said that she holds a bowl over Loki’s eyes to stop poison from dripping into them.  Although this could also be translated as galdr goddess.
